Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Family Services (DFS) is seeking a qualified, GSA‑qualified vendor to supply a full hardware refresh for its agency. The procurement is goods‑only, requiring brand‑new Dell, HP, Canon, APC, Samsonite, and OWL equipment with minimum three‑year OEM support and no installation services. Bids must be received by 4:00 PM on June 12 2026. The vendor must be an authorized reseller for each OEM, provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance, and be able to meet reasonable delivery lead times for the full quantity of items.
• Supply 150 Dell laptops (Pro 14 Premium) plus accessories (headsets, webcams, monitors, keyboards, mice, backpacks, sleeves, etc.)
• Supply 8 HP multifunction printers, scanners, UPS units, toner cartridges, and one Meeting Owl 4+ system with three‑year “Owl Care”
• Provide ≥ 3‑year OEM support/warranty for all hardware and collaborate on Windows Autopilot configuration for the laptops
• Must be GSA‑qualified, hold current OEM reseller authorizations, and submit a sealed cost envelope along with the technical bid by the deadline.
