ROOFING CONTRACTOR SERVICES

The County of Shasta is seeking a roofing contractor to provide services on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing, removing, and installing all types of roofing, waterproofing, weatherproofing, and roof drainage systems. The contract will be for a term of three years, and the County reserves the right to renew or terminate the contract at any time. The contractor must have a current and active California Contractor’s License with the classifications of B: General Contractor and C-39: Roofing. The contractor must also provide evidence of insurance coverage, including comprehensive general liability and workers’ compensation. • Metal roofing systems, shingles, rolled roofing, built-up asphalt, urethane foam, single-ply membrane roofing systems, slate, tile, and shake • Gutters and downspouts (Welded and Formed), scuppers, and closures • Insulating and tapered foam systems • Minor structural modifications, including metal fabrication, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical work • Perform inspections, prepare reports, and provide estimates for roofing and substrata conditions • Provide Emergency Services
