The City of Indianapolis and Marion County are seeking detailed, narrative information from qualified financial institutions about their capability to provide comprehensive municipal banking, depository, and treasury‑management services. This RFI is purely informational and may be used to shape a future formal solicitation. Respondents must address nine structured sections covering institutional background, account structures, public‑fund protection, treasury and technology services, customer service, reporting, high‑level fee models, and references. No pricing is required, and the City reserves the right to proceed, modify, or not proceed with an RFP based on the responses.
• Provide an overview of your bank’s experience with municipal clients, especially in Indiana/Midwest.
• Describe account types, daily reporting, deposit insurance compliance, and treasury‑management tools (online banking, ACH, wire, lockbox, positive‑pay, etc.).
• Detail technology integration capabilities (ERP integration, cybersecurity, data feeds) and customer‑service/implementation support.
• Supply high‑level fee structures (no detailed pricing) and references from similar municipal entities.
• Submit a concise PDF response by June 5 2026, 12 PM ET.
