Construction Management and Inspection Services for CIP No. 7195

The City of Norwalk is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full‑service Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) for the I‑605 “hotspot” improvements at Studebaker Road and Alondra Boulevard (Project 7195). The scope covers pre‑construction coordination, on‑site construction‑phase management, quality‑inspection, schedule and cost control, labor‑wage compliance, and post‑construction close‑out, all under a three‑year Professional Services Agreement with two one‑year extension options. The contractor must staff at least a Construction Manager and a Construction Inspector, each with a minimum of two years relevant experience, and must be registered on the City’s PlanetBids portal.
