Senior Supportive Services-III B

The San Bernardino County Human Services Department is seeking proposals for Senior Supportive Services pursuant to the Older Americans Act Title III-B. The services to be provided include personal care, homemaker, chore, adult day health care, assisted transportation, and long-term care ombudsman advocacy.
