Department of Transportation, Build America Bureau, Railroad Credit Assessment Portfolio Management (RCAPM) Application RRIF Program

The Department of Transportation, Build America Bureau, intends to award a sole source contract for the Railroad Credit Assessment Portfolio Management (RCAPM) Application RRIF Program. The contract will support and maintain the RCAPM system, which assists the Build America Bureau Credit Office in generating loan level subsidy calculations, modification cost analyses, and annual re-estimates. The contract is anticipated to have a six-month base period with options that could extend up to a total performance period of two years.
