Custodial Services - Zone 1

The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals for custodial services at sixteen County-owned locations in Zone 1. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, beginning on November 1, 2026, and ending on October 31, 2031. The County estimates a budget of between $1,400,000 and $1,600,000 for the completion of this work. Proposers must provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. A mandatory proposal conference and job walk are scheduled for April 15, 2026, and May 5-7, 2026, respectively. • The proposal must include monthly costs for all facilities in Zone 1 for one contract. • The County will provide lockable spaces for the contractor's supplies and equipment. • The County will provide designated spaces for trash disposal. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and materials. • The contractor must maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and County standards.
