Energy As A Service

The Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking a vendor to provide Energy as a Service (EaaS) solutions to participating government entities. The contract will be for a 5-year term with optional 3-year extensions. The vendor will be responsible for providing energy generation, co-generation, microgrids, retail electric services, automation, HVAC, electrical, and solar solutions. The vendor will also be required to provide maintenance and repair services for the equipment and systems provided. • The contract will be available to cities, counties, special districts, schools, state agencies, colleges, universities, and other eligible government entities throughout the United States. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed pricing model that accommodates the diverse purchasing needs of 791 Purchasing Cooperative members. • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum discount on their line item pricing. • The vendor will be required to provide training and support to 791 Purchasing Cooperative staff and participants. • The vendor will be required to provide a quality guarantee on their products and services.
