RFP - HVAC Services

Texas Tech University is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proposers to provide comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance, Repair, Replacement, Testing, Inspection, Emergency Response, and Related Services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis for TTU-owned, leased, or operated facilities. The proposal should include a detailed quote per project, breakdown of material costs and labor costs, and meet the mandatory requirements and preferred qualifications outlined in the RFP. Some key points to consider: • The university operates various facilities throughout Texas, including 150+ buildings, 800+ HVAC units, and 1,000+ Variable Air Volume units. • The proposer must demonstrate sufficient staffing, equipment, and technical expertise. • The proposer must obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, and registrations. • The proposer must provide a detailed compensation schedule for the goods provided or services to be performed. • The contract may be renewed for up to four one-year renewal terms.
