Description
The County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Home Delivered Meals for Clayton County, Georgia. The successful proposer will be required to provide nutritionally balanced meals that meet the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four successive one-year terms. The proposer must have experience in providing Home Delivered Meals and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The proposer must provide a detailed scope of services, including the number of meals to be delivered per day and the nutritional content of the meals.
• The proposer must have a plan in place for handling special dietary needs and preferences.
• The proposer must have a system in place for tracking and reporting meal deliveries and client information.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Georgia Open Records Act and the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
