Description
The Department of Public Safety, Administrative Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional transcribing services for the Council of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (CDVSA) located in Juneau, Alaska. The successful contractor will provide professional transcribing services for the Council board meeting minutes. The contract period is for one year, with four one-year renewal options available. The contractor will be required to transcribe minutes from quarterly meetings, a one-day annual special meeting, and four one-day CDVSA Sub-Committee meetings. The contractor must deliver the final product within 30 days from receipt of the meeting material. Key requirements include:
* Transcribing meeting minutes in a clean, easy-to-follow manner with quality minutes
* Following Robert’s Rules of Order
* Transcribing public comment and testimony in full verbatim
* Organizing minutes with action items and bullet points
* Providing quotes based on an hourly rate
* Delivering the final product within 30 days from receipt of the meeting material
