Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is seeking to procure a Monitor, Video Probe, and related accessories. The procurement will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The contract will require the delivery of 4 each of the specified items, including a monitor, modified battery pack, lithium battery pack, 3.9mm probe, and 6mm probe. The contractor must provide manufacturer information, complete representations and certifications, and ensure current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The contract also includes requirements for inspection and acceptance, delivery, and payment.
* The monitor must be a HD portable video probe monitor with full 4-way servo motor joystick controlled articulation.
* The modified battery pack must be compatible with the monitor and have a direct 12V power connection.
* The lithium battery pack must be a standard pack with a battery charger.
* The 3.9mm probe must have a 5m length and 4-way servo motor controlled articulation up to 30 degrees.
* The 6mm probe must have a 5m length and 4-way servo motor controlled articulation up to 90 degrees.
The contractor must also comply with various regulations and clauses, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
