Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning and sanitization services for the HVAC ducts in various buildings on Maxwell AFB in Alabama. The project covers approximately 460,000 square feet across the listed facilities. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and materials to complete the project. The government will award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest priced offeror that meets the minimum criteria.
• The project includes 16 different locations, each with its own specific cleaning and sanitization requirements
• The contractor must provide a realistic work plan and schedule for the project
• The government will evaluate the offeror's manufacturer specifications to ensure they are sufficient in detail to clearly demonstrate their capability of providing all of the required items
• The government may use various price analysis techniques to determine price reasonableness
• The contractor must be registered and active in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quotation submission
