Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking a qualified pool of firms to perform Direct Hire searches for permanent placement candidates. The selected firm will be required to execute strategic and timely searches to identify experienced salaried employees and candidates for all organizational functions. The contract term is 3 years.
• The firm must have experience in providing direct hire staffing services.
• The firm must have a business diversity plan that meets or exceeds the established goal.
• The firm must provide professional resumes for key personnel.
• The firm must have a proposed approach to technical requirements and project plan implementation.
• The firm must have a plan for ensuring the security of NTTA Information.
