Description
The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi is seeking a contractor to provide professional video production and photography services. The selected contractor will produce videos and photographs that highlight U.S. Mission activities for distribution on the Mission’s social media channels. The scope of work includes full-scale video production, editing of provided assets, small-scale video production, and photography services. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The period of performance is from September 9, 2026, through September 8, 2027.
• The contractor will produce 12 full-scale production videos, 12 edited videos from provided assets, 24 small-scale production videos, and up to 100 photography service days.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• The contractor will be required to edit and deliver final products in various formats, including MOV, MP4, and high-resolution.
• The contractor will be required to provide English and Arabic subtitles and translations as needed.
• The contractor will be required to maintain adequate insurance coverage for all equipment and personnel.
