The Parish of Caddo is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully renovate approximately 5,764 sq ft of interior office space within an existing 21,000 sq ft vehicle‑maintenance building in Shreveport, LA. The scope includes demolition, new interior walls, finishes, millwork, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, restrooms, training rooms, break‑room/kitchen, sign shop, and related site work. A mandatory pre‑bid conference is scheduled and bids must be sealed (or electronic) with a 5 % bid bond. The contract will be for 240 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $400 per day for overruns, and will require performance and payment bonds, insurance, and compliance with Louisiana licensing and living‑wage ordinances.
