Description
The Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide leadership development training for ECMC staff. The training should include line staff interested in professional development, emerging leaders, and the executive team. The selected vendor will be expected to provide effective and creative programs, value-added opportunities, cost-effectiveness, and identification of means and methods to assist clients with their leadership development goals.

• Project approach, including methodology, scalability, and effectiveness of collaboration with ECMC staff
