Description
The Town of Westerly/Westerly Public Schools is seeking a contractor to provide on-call lawn sprinkler installation, repairs, and annual maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a three-year term, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The contractor must have a State of RI Irrigation License or State of RI Master Plumber License and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates. The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond.
