Career & Technical Education (CTE) Equipment, Supplies and Related Services R4

The Goose Creek CISD is seeking proposals for Career & Technical Education (CTE) equipment, supplies, and related services. The district is looking to establish a list of pre-approved companies that can provide needed goods and services for the CTE program. The program includes various career clusters such as Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources, Architecture & Construction, Arts, A/V Technology & Communications, and more. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses for any of the categories/packages that apply, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The CTE program requires equipment and supplies for instruction in various career clusters, including but not limited to: • Agriculture: tractors, seeders, plows, irrigation systems, and greenhouses • Animal Care: livestock pens, veterinary tools, and grooming kits • Food Production: commercial kitchen appliances, meat processing tools, and packaging materials • Architecture & Construction: construction tools, building materials, and measurement instruments • Arts, A/V Technology & Communications: media production equipment, editing software, and printing equipment • Business, Marketing and Finance: instructional materials, software, and project management tools • Education & Training: virtual reality systems, seminars, and workshops • Energy: energy education resources, environmental monitoring equipment, and energy storage systems • Engineering: mechanical engineering tools, civil engineering surveying equipment, and electrical engineering components • Health Science: medical equipment, personal protective equipment, and lab equipment • Hospitality & Tourism: construction tools, event planning equipment, and customer service platforms • Information Technology: software, tech support tools, and coding and programming software • Law and Public Service: law enforcement gear, firefighting equipment, and security systems • Manufacturing: machinery, power tools, safety equipment, and materials for production • Transportation, Distribution & Logistics: automotive tools, logistics equipment, and airplane and aviation tools Vendors must provide a percentage discount from 0-100% off their entire product/service offering and include a retail price list, current catalog, or URL to their online catalog in their response.
