Description
The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Medical Health Care System, Omaha VA Medical Center, is seeking to replace the existing HVAC R-410A split system in building 6 with a new R-410A system and in building 8 replace the HVAC unit with a new R-454B system. The project includes installing a new mini-split system in the basement of building 6 to provide cooling in the mechanical room. The work will require coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and adherence to VA facilities engineer guidelines.
