Description

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information about deployable shelters that can meet specific requirements, including Temporary/Tactical Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (T-SCIF) and Temporary/Tactical Special Access Program Facility (T-SAPF) accreditation. The shelters should be 20-foot Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) certified and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) format structures. The USMC is looking for solutions that can provide Radio Frequency attenuation, Sound Transmission Class (STC), and Heat transfer coefficients. • The shelters should be able to integrate with the Marine Corps' family of power and environmental control unit systems. • The solutions should be able to accommodate power, data, grounding, and HVAC for government-furnished equipment. • The shelters should be transportable by land, sea, rail, and air, and compatible with military material handling equipment. • The solutions should be able to provide external power sources and communications sources through penetrations that preserve Sound Transmission Class and high Radio Frequency Attenuation levels. • The shelters should be durable and able to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity. • The solutions should have a low lead time from contract award to first delivery.

Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate because the document does not provide a specific budget or price range. However, based on the requirements for the deployable shelters, it is likely that the contract value will be in the range of $1 million to $10 million. The budget will depend on the complexity of the solution, the materials used, and the production capacity of the contractor. The USMC may also consider factors such as the lead time, the durability of the shelters, and the ability to integrate with existing systems.
