Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer for BK Connect Maintenance renewal upgrade & support. This software maintenance renewal is necessary to keep the CDC's current HBK Pulse system equipment working and to ensure the availability of timely support.
• The contract is for software maintenance renewal and technical support for the HBK software platforms.
• Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer is the sole source provider of software maintenance/updates and technical support for the HBK software platforms.
• The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
• Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
