PHOENIX SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 NORTH CONCOURSE 2 APRON

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 North Concourse 2 Apron. The project includes site grading and subgrade compaction for the apron areas, pavement layout and design, site grading, subgrade preparation/compaction, and the construction of storm drain structure lids. The project will be executed in four phases and sequenced to align with the CMAR's project schedule and operational requirements. • The project is a federal-aid project, subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26. • The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor, shall be the minimum wages paid to laborers and mechanics employed on the site. • The City of Phoenix will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2026, to discuss the scope of work and respond to questions.
