The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, via the State Purchasing Division, is seeking qualified contractors to provide electric power line construction services for Phase 2 of the high‑voltage distribution system at Coopers Rock State Forest. The scope includes repair and replacement of existing high‑voltage lines, installation of new conductors, poles, and associated hardware in accordance with detailed engineering specifications.
