The State of Louisiana Office of State Procurement is issuing an Invitation to Bid for a Blanket Order Contract to supply grocery items for the Department of Corrections’ prison canteen resale program. The contract will run an initial 12‑month period (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with up to two optional 12‑month renewals, not to exceed 36 months. Vendors must be registered in the LaGov vendor portal and submit a sealed bid (electronic or paper) by the bid opening time on 10/06/2026. Items are to be delivered on an as‑needed basis, FOB destination, with a 5‑7 day ARO delivery window.
