Specops Services Suite

The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking bids for the provision of Specops Services Suite. The suite includes Specops Service Desk, a caller verification tool, Specops Password Policy, and Specops Reset, a self-service password reset and account unlock solution. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services remotely. The contract term will be for an initial period of one year, with two optional one-year renewal periods.
