Custodial Services

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for MacDill Air Force Base (MAFB) in Florida. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform custodial services, including basic cleaning services, prestige cleaning services, emergency and special event cleaning, and periodic cleaning. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform custodial services • Maintaining a satisfactory facility condition and presenting a clean, neat, and professional appearance • Performing basic cleaning services, prestige cleaning services, emergency and special event cleaning, and periodic cleaning • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices • Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation
