Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget. Based on comparable statewide nonprofit contracts for TBI or similar disability services in New York, annual funding typically ranges from $500,000 for a modest service network to $2 million or more for a comprehensive, multi‑year program covering all counties. The estimate assumes a one‑year contract; a multi‑year award would multiply the total accordingly. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of service sites, intensity of counseling/training hours, and any performance‑based incentives.
