The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide cleaning and inspection services for kitchen exhaust hoods at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System. The work includes semi‑annual cleaning of seven exhaust hoods, photographic documentation, and written condition reports, with all required safety and regulatory compliance. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, multi‑year agreement with up to four optional years.
• Clean and inspect seven kitchen exhaust hoods located in three VA facilities (Buildings 151, 16, 108).
• Perform two cleaning/inspection visits per year (February and August) for the base year and each option year.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑cleaning photos, condition reports, and any corrective‑action recommendations.
• Must be a certified SDVOSBC and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with two contract references.
• Mandatory site‑visit on 23 Oct 2026 to evaluate equipment accessibility.
