Description
The City of Eagle Pass is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide sound production and music services for the 4th of July Event. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all sound production, stage management, and performance coordination necessary to deliver a high-quality entertainment experience. The City intends to secure two live performers or entertainment acts, with a total combined budget not to exceed $250,000.
• The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, with the first performer to begin at 8:10 p.m. CST and conclude at 9:30 p.m. CST.
• The headline performer is scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. CST and conclude at 12:00 a.m. CST.
• The selected vendor will provide complete sound production and stage services, including sound systems, lighting, stage setup, instruments, and qualified technical staff.
• The vendor will abide by all City performance, safety, and event regulations, including fire, crowd control, and public safety requirements.
• The vendor will coordinate and comply with the City of Eagle Pass’s event schedule and logistical guidelines, ensuring punctual setup, sound checks, and performance transitions.
