Food Services - Aging Department

The County of Moore is seeking a caterer to provide food services for the Moore County Aging Department. The selected caterer will be responsible for providing approximately 100 meals per day for 240 serving days. The meals must meet one-third of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowances and follow the meal pattern and standards established by the North Carolina Division of Aging and Adult Services. The caterer must also comply with federal laws, policies, and standards, and adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Request for Proposals.
