Janitorial Services for Missouri State Health Laboratory Campus

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Missouri State Health Laboratory Campus. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also comply with the requirements stated in the RFP, including providing a proposal signature page, technical proposal, and pricing page. The vendor must also participate in a mandatory tour of the facility and provide a record of their participation. • The vendor must provide janitorial services for the building, including cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing all areas of the building. • The vendor must provide a day porter/matrons, working supervisor/contractor contact person, and floor care specialist. • The vendor must provide a technical proposal, including experience, past performance, and methodology. • The vendor must provide a pricing page, including the price for the services. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
