Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Enterprise Agreement (EA)

The County of Orange is seeking bids for a Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Enterprise Agreement (EA) to consolidate all existing and future Cisco hardware, software, subscriptions, licensing suites, maintenance & support, and related services under a single Countywide Cisco CX EA. The selected vendor will provide expert guidance, implementation, and lifecycle support in alignment with Cisco best practices, as well as licensing consultation and EA planning, licensing implementation, and technical and operational support. The contract term is not specified, but the bid validity period is 365 days after the IFB closing date. • The County aims to efficiently procure Cisco Products throughout various County locations. • The contractor must maintain Cisco Gold Partner certification and employ Cisco-certified personnel. • The contractor must provide quarterly sales reports and maintain continuous compliance with Cisco certification, renewal, and reporting requirements. • The contractor must provide Tier 1–3 technical support in accordance with Cisco Gold Partner service level standards. • The contractor must ensure access to Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and software updates. • The contractor must deliver patch management, configuration assistance, and periodic health checks. • The contractor must assign a certified Cisco Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM) for ongoing support and success planning.
