Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for chiller and related air conditioning equipment at various locations in Arizona. The contractor will be responsible for providing scheduled preventative maintenance services on an annual basis for a base year and four option years. The equipment to be maintained includes a Carrier Model No. 30RBB1006C75G‐97 chiller unit, split A/C units, and rooftop A/C units. The contractor must possess a commercial Arizona contractor’s license for the category involved and must submit a statement of qualifications and past performance. The estimated value of the contract is considerably less than $350,000.00.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Providing annual and quarterly inspections of the chiller and A/C units
• Cleaning condensers and coils
• Checking and tightening electrical connections
• Running log units and verifying proper operation
• Providing reports to the Maintenance Man/Contract Officers Technical Representative (COTR)
• Providing emergency services as needed
