The Virginia Department of Health is seeking three qualified trainers to support the final phase of its Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) implementation. The contractors will deliver classroom and on‑site training for end‑users, develop training materials, and assist in knowledge transfer to VDH staff. This is a short‑term, non‑technology service engagement focused on education and capacity building. • Provide instructor‑led training for OHPAC users (approximately 3 trainers). • Develop and customize training curricula, manuals, and job aids. • Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions and support post‑implementation knowledge transfer. • Align training delivery with VDH’s multi‑year EHR rollout schedule. • Ensure compliance with VDH’s micro‑business set‑aside requirements.
