Description
The Associated Students, Incorporated at California State University, Long Beach is seeking proposals from qualified food service and retail vendors to operate in the newly renovated and expanded University Student Union. The project aims to provide diverse and high-quality food and retail services to students, faculty, and staff. The selected vendors will be required to provide a unique and innovative food service or retail concept, including a current menu, price list, marketing materials, and hours of operation. Vendors must also provide evidence of successful performance, financial analysis, and sustainability practices.
