Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking a contractor to upgrade the StreamConnect software from version 4.7 to version 4.8. The upgrade is necessary to bring the server software up to compliance with cybersecurity posture and resolve multiple critical and high vulnerabilities related to .NET framework and Apache. The contractor will be responsible for performing the software upgrade and ensuring complete system functionality post-upgrade. The work will be performed at the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) in Fort Belvoir, VA.
• The contractor will perform a system backup for redundancy.
• The contractor will perform the version upgrade from StreamConnect 4.7 to StreamConnect 4.8.
• The contractor will ensure functionality with all IP cameras and system components.
• The contractor will meet or exceed industry standards for technological upgrades.
