Description
The Town of Franklin is seeking a roofing firm to provide on-call roofing services for a multi-year contract. The contract will be subject to annual appropriation and will involve providing roofing services at various town and school buildings within the Town of Franklin. Bids must include a Certificate of Eligibility in Roofing with the latest revised Commonwealth of Massachusetts DCAMM Update Statement.
• The work to be done under this contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, on-call roofing work in both school and town owned properties and other incidental work as required.
• Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
• The contract will be for a multi-year period, subject to annual appropriation.
