Employment/Income Verification Services

The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Employment/Income Verification Services. The services will be used to determine gaming license eligibility and to verify employment and income information for KRGC personnel. The contract will require the vendor to provide 24/7 access to the employment verification system, with a minimum of 60 concurrent users. The vendor will also be required to provide immediate responses to verification requests. The contract will be awarded based on a mutually weighted evaluation criteria, with cost, experience, methodology, and compliance each accounting for 25% of the total score. • The vendor must be able to verify employment and income information for both current employees and new hires. • The vendor must be able to provide 24/7 access to the employment verification system. • The vendor must be able to provide immediate responses to verification requests. • The vendor must be able to handle a variable volume of verification requests, with numerous requests per month. • The vendor must be able to provide a solution that requires only an applicant's Social Security number (SSN) to request employment data.
