J045--AHU24 Steam Coil Replacement

The Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources capable of performing AHU24 steam coil replacement services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to procure, remove and replace the heating coils for AHU24. The scope of work includes removing the existing steam coils, procuring new steam coils, installing the new coils, and checking for leaks and operation. The contractor will also be required to coordinate all work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Operations Supervisor. • The contractor must provide all parts and perform all the work. • The contractor must coordinate all work with COR and Operations Supervisor. • The contractor must check for leaks and operation after installing the new coils. • The contractor must repair leaks and/or operation as needed after the system is brought online.
