TIS | RFP for Cybersecurity Staffing Firms

The City of San Francisco, through its Department of Technology, is seeking qualified cybersecurity staffing firms to provide on‑demand professional services covering identity, directory, access‑governance, and broader cybersecurity functions. The scope includes design, implementation, integration, migration, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and support for technologies such as Microsoft AD, Entra ID, IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and physical access systems. Firms will be placed on a pool and called upon as needs arise, with contract terms governed by a Not‑to‑Exceed hourly rate structure. • Services span enterprise identity management, access governance, and cyber‑defense activities. • Required expertise includes Microsoft identity platforms, privileged access management, MFA/SSO, and associated security tooling. • The contract will be administered on an as‑needed basis with hourly rates set in Appendix B (Service Area 3).
