Sole Source Notification - Consulting Petroleum Engineering Support Services

The University of Wyoming intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Robertson Solutions LLC for Consulting Petroleum Engineering Support Services with the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute. The services required include CO2-EOR flood evaluation, monitoring CO2 supply, providing updates and reports, and providing reservoir engineering expertise. The University is seeking a consultant or contractor with a unique combination of technical knowledge, practical experience, and industry insight. • CO2-EOR flood evaluation and waterflood optimization • Monitoring CO2 supply and CO2-EOR project development in Wyoming • Providing updates and reports related to the CO2 transport system in Wyoming • Monitoring and updating information on current CO2-EOR projects in Wyoming • Providing reservoir engineering expertise on a multi-disciplinary team at EORI • Writing and developing technical engineering reports related to Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) • Providing testimony at legislative and regulatory meetings • Leading project development for EOR and IOR projects in Wyoming • Providing economic evaluation of IOR and EOR projects for EORI and industry partners
