Description
The Buncombe County Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Out of County Permanency Planning Visit Support. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the timely completion of monthly foster care home visits by contract social workers. The vendor will also be required to provide social workers for supervised visitation services for children in agency custody. The scope of work includes employing individuals with varying degrees of experience to provide staffing services, completing narrative documentation and daysheet forms, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
