Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide Continued Readiness Program and Life Safety Assessment services for the Environment of Care (EOC) Program at Naval Hospital Jacksonville (NHJAX) in Florida. The contractor will be responsible for providing services that meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and offerors are required to submit their quotes via email. The quotes will be evaluated based on factors such as technical capability, experience, and price.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of award.
• The contractor must provide representations and certifications, including those related to telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes all necessary documentation, such as technical capability documentation, experience, and past performance information.
• The contractor must propose a firm-fixed price for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and for each option period.
