The project involves making minor repairs to the facility prior to occupancy, including fabricating and installing handrails, repairing damaged concrete, repairing and painting walls and ceilings, repairing flooring, and installing tile. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion prior to final payment. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 8, 2025. • The contractor must submit a bid bond in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. • The contractor must provide a public construction bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount within 14 calendar days of notification from the Owner. • The contractor must comply with the County's Equal Business Opportunity Program and submit the required EBO schedules. • The contractor must provide line-item pricing for additional work not identified in the original scope.
