The GPO seeks a vendor to produce 5,000 offset‑press, four‑color, glossy‑coated rack cards (3½ in × 8½ in, double‑sided) for the VA’s PTSD Treatment Decision Aid. The contractor must source JCP L11 120 lb gloss‑coated cover stock, print on an offset press, and apply a glossy aqueous coating. Finished cards are to be shrink‑wrapped in cartons of 100, labeled per GPO Form 905, and palletized (wood Type III, 48 × 40 in., max 2,000 lb) for delivery to the Pueblo, CO distribution center by 24 Aug 2026.
