Description
The State of Arizona is seeking one or more contractors to provide off‑site storage for hard‑copy records and magnetic‑media archives, including transportation, secure facility management, environmental controls, and regulated destruction. Offerors must submit a full RFP package through the Arizona Procurement Portal, include a mandatory HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, provide insurance documentation, and demonstrate compliance with state and federal security standards. Evaluation will prioritize cost, experience, and method of approach, with a base contract term of three years and the possibility of up to seven additional one‑year extensions.
• Provide secure, climate‑controlled storage for physical records and magnetic tapes throughout Arizona.
• Deliver, retrieve, and destroy media on scheduled, on‑demand, or emergency timelines, with full audit trails and reporting.
• Meet extensive compliance requirements (HIPAA BAA, FTI handling, NIST 800‑53, insurance/bonding, background checks, and confidentiality protocols).
