Prof. Services - Construction Manager at DCC Educational Hanger - Remediation

The County of Dutchess is seeking a construction management firm to provide professional services for the remediation of outstanding construction issues, deficiencies, and punch list items at the DCC Educational Hangar Building at Hudson Valley Regional Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing existing reports, developing a remedial work schedule, coordinating with the design professionals, and assisting in contractor procurement and bid evaluation. The firm will also be responsible for construction management, including on-site representation, monitoring the work of all contractors, and documenting all relevant project communications. The project includes addressing issues with exterior siding, concrete floor slab, parking lot, and other structural and architectural elements.
