HHS Cherokee Mental Health Institute Tuckpointing Phase 2.2

The selected firm will provide design services, including evaluation of existing buildings, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The firm will also provide cost estimating, status reporting, and cost reporting procedures. • The project requires a firm with experience in providing similar services for similar projects. • The firm must have sufficient, qualified staff to deliver the services needed. • The firm must have the resources and capabilities to complete the required work in an efficient and timely manner. • The firm must provide a detailed proposal, including company information, approach and methods, estimated fee total, and hourly rates. • The firm must be registered with the Office of the Iowa Secretary of State. • The firm must have professional liability insurance in the amount of $2 million.
