Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide ventilation cleaning services for the CGC Forward. The contractor will be responsible for providing services in accordance with the attached specifications and scope of work. The period of performance is from 27 April 2026 to 22 May 2026. Interested vendors must submit a firm fixed price quotation that includes a detailed cost breakdown, unit cost, extended price, total price, payment terms, and any discounts offered for prompt payment.
• The contractor must have access to all referenced documents and controlled technical data prior to proposal submission.
• The contractor must provide past performance information for any major subcontractors.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) number.
• The contractor must provide warranty information and any other relevant details.
